〔記者洪定宏／高雄報導〕24歲林姓男子騎機車未開大燈被警方攔查，酒醉的他自稱「媽寶」，還以三字經嗆員警並拒捕，員警將他壓制上銬，依公共危險及妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦，酒醒的林男後悔莫及。
高雄市仁武警分局大華派出所所警員朱光俐、曾晨璞，今天凌晨約4點，巡邏行經鳥松區山腳路，發現林男騎機車沒有開燈，且看到巡邏車還想迴轉，員警示意他停車，聞到濃重酒味。
林男坦承喝酒，但不願停留受檢，直到支援警力到場，他才停下腳步自嘲說：「我是媽寶。」警方測得酒測值0.68毫克，要求林男簽名時，他竟對員警嗆說「簽我的懶X啦，幹X娘，看要怎麼樣！」
警方要對林男上銬時，他反抗拒捕，再飆罵「幹X娘、你X機掰」，被帶回派出所，仍繼續辱罵員警。今天上午林男酒醒後，得知酒後失態，懊悔不已。
